I like it also. It has not started blooming here yet. We have a while to go before it does. did you know that in Creole they sometimes put it in coffee? I believe they use the root and it adds some type of a flavor.

The chicory has started to bloom.
My mother calls this blue devil, because once it gets into a field,
it is the very devil to get rid of.
But since I am not a farmer, I can enjoy it at the side of the roads and paths.
