Your still getting snow! I shouldn't be surprised there were chain controls up the hill from us near lake Tahoe. It seems like winter is hanging on this year. Heare at the lower elevations it is spring though it is raining now. Unusual for California.
WoW It's still snowing there in Canada? We wouldn't know what to do down here in SE "Missour-ah"! hehehe We did get a few flurries the other day, but THANK GOD, no accumulation!!!
My guess as to why the snow shows in the last picture only is that there is a bigger dark area. Not only does that give more contrast to show the snow, but it could slow down the exposure a bit also. Hope spring comes soon, and thanks for visiting.
Such a wintery feel. Yes that creek looks very much like the brook close to me at the moment as there still is a lot of water running through it. Apart from the snow thyat is. There's no snow here but it's not unheard of that some snow would still fall in April. It does not really settle though like in your pictures. I hope it's all gone again now.
Great photos and yes I can see the snow falling. It's a bit chilly down here too, lovely weekend but now it's cold again. By the way, where is Spring? ;)
it was a nasty day on Monday wasn't it. Looks very wintery around here now!!

I love the captured snow! Never see them around here in Indonesia. Best wishes :)
ReplyDeleteI'd like to feel the snow with my bare hands and for sure the water in the creek is freezing cold.
ReplyDeleteIt's summer down here...come by my WW this week.
Happy Easter!
I love your snow ohotos but I wouldn't want to be there!

I'm getting cold just looking at that, shudder.
ReplyDeleteReason for snow showing? Your focus point? Exposure?
Your creeks look a lot like the ones near me. Go away, snow!

ReplyDeleteYour world looks very similar to mine except no flowers in mine yet. I love looking at foot prints in the snow too. Fun photos.
